The Faces of Willowridge

The “Faces of Willowridge” is an employee recognition initiative that celebrates our team member’s work ethic, positive attitude, safety mindset and a job well done. Each month, team members are nominated by their peers to win the award, the winner is chosen by an internal committee. The winner received recognition and a gift card, and they have the opportunity to choose where WRC donates on their behalf.

Willowridge employees have proudly chosen to support our not-for-profit partners including the Fort Saskatchewan Boys & Girls Club, Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank, and ABC Head Start. We know that by making community support a team effort, we are helping to increase education and awareness around how to help people less fortunate in the region.
